MAMAT Selime: Study on Asset Management of existing Bridges considering regional Characteristic Though a lot of construction structures were made at the high economic growth time of Japan Superannuation, they become superannuated gradually and the peak of the update and the repair is expected to be faced in around 2020. The maximum effect in few budgets is expected to be achieved for the control of maintenance of those infrastructures. That is "Preventive maintenance type management" diligently repaired ahead of time is a method of applying an efficient budget against "Allopathy type management" that does great repair work after the structure that becomes superannuated comes to use it difficult. The bridge group in two regions in the Iwate prefecture was chosen as example of infrastructure in this research, and it proposed the maintenance management plan based on the Asset management technique. The damage level of the material is concretely evaluated by the watching check investigation etc. based on the data of the bridge ledger, the repair construction expense is calculated, life cycle cost (LCC) of each bridge is calculated, they are totaled, and LCC in the entire region is calculated.
