Dear President Professor Dr. Schmidt，
Our mission headed by Professor Dr. Miyamoto，my colleague reported me that
they had heartfelt reception and close cooperation from you as well as your staff
members，when they visited your university in last June.
Taking this opportunity, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your kind
cooperation and assistance extended to them.
As informed you by our Professor Miyamoto, it is our great honor to reciprocate

The idea or itinerary for your delegation in Japan which I bear at present in my

3．　Lecture by your delegation on the cooperation between your university and
　　industry and between your university and public sectors on joint research and
　　development including the procurement of external funds, and education and
　　life of students at your university
4．　meetings and exchange of views between your delegation and our professors
5.   Courtesy call to lwate prefecture's office, Morioka
6.  Attendance of your delegation at ceremony for 10. anniversary or our Center
　　for Cooperative Research ＆ Development(CCRI) as our guest
To item 1:　We would like to materialize our cooperation on academic exchange as
    early as possible, and our reciprocal visit and close contacts will
 　　contribute to enhancing our academic cooperation.
To item 2: The history, organization, industry-university cooperation at our
　　　　university etc.  will be explained to your delegation.
To item　3: As a memory of your delegation's visit to our university we wish to
　　　　　　　　have a lecture on following subject.
　　　　　　　　We would like to know your advanced cooperation with industries,
　　　　　　　　and other public sectors, and further the division or roles or your
　　　　　　　　university and your research laboratories. Further we wish to learn
　　　　　　　　the education and life of your students (diligence, examination,
　　　　　　　　scholarship, living expenses, employment etc.)
To item　4:　The exchange of views and information between your delegation and
　　　　　　　　us will deepen our mutual understanding.
To item　5:　Iwate prekcture is supporting our cooperation with you, and a visit
　　　　　　　　or your delegation will be warmly welcomed by them.
To item　6: The CCRI)initiated by me will celebrate 10 years anniversary on
　　　　　　　　October 8 at a hotel in Morioka，
The idea or above itinerary could be modified incorporating your requests and
　refined through our communication.
Our delegation informed me that your university is very active in promoting
university-industry cooperation and procuring external funding, by supplying
your excellent research results and technologies, while our university has been
making　efforts　for　contributing　to　the　society　and　areas　and　promoting
industry-university cooperation.
As we have our mutual recognition on this point, it will be very usefull for us to talk
with your delegation and exchange our views.
